The highlight however was EBIT, which surged 110%. In many ways 2007 was the true coming of age for Aquent’s international strategy. Our unique positioning as a highly specialised operation, yet being able to service clients all over the globe, is proving to be a highly compelling offering. The business outside the United States now contributes to over 30% of the company’s consolidated worldwide EBIT.”
“Since 2001, Aquents international operations have grown exactly seven fold in revenue terms. These new management appointments are made with our next phase of growth in mind. Organic growth is our primary goal, but we did make three acquisitions in 2007 and two more are close to closing in the next few months. I have every confidence that this exceptionally strong management team will be capable of cementing our position as the world number one staffing business for the marketing, creative and communications industries,” said Savage
“We are very excited with the new-look management team. T hey have the necessary level of experience and industry insights required for Aquent to expand in a positive and strong direction.
