The successful candidate will lead a team of almost 20 professionals and be responsible for a multimillion-dollar book of business.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a staffing or professional service organization, possess broad knowledge of marketing and creative services, and demonstrate a fanatical commitment to client service. Formal training and experience in strategic, conceptual, and/or consultative selling — along with proven sales success within the Fortune 1000, midsize companies and emerging markets — will be equally critical.
