Aquent wins Inavero’s 2018 Best of Staffing® Awards

We’re excited to announce that Aquent has just won Inavero’s Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Diamond Awards!

We’re grateful to our clients and talent whose feedbackgiven via Inavero’s independent surveyshas helped us win this honor eight years in a row in the talent category and five consecutive years for the client category.


Presented in partnership with CareerBuilder, Inavero recognizes industry leaders in service quality, using feedback provided from over 1.2 million surveys. This year we received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 (out of a possible 10) from 68% of our clients and 71% of our talent. Which, we’re happy to say, is well above industry average. Since fewer than 2% of all staffing agencies the U.S. and Canada earn a Best of Staffing Award, we owe it to our staff for all the amazing work they’ve done to partner with our clients and talent.

We believe it’s only by gathering authentic customer feedback—both through Inavero and Net Promoter Score surveys—that we’ve been able to make relevant and meaningful changes to our service offerings over the years. As a direct result we’ve been able to supercharge our customer experience.

Here are just a few of the improvements we made in 2017:

  • Gather - An enhanced way to tell our talent about MORE jobs in the way THEY want—by allowing them to provide their preferences and feedback. In addition, we created a simple way in our MyAquent portal for talent to share updates and collect feedback that makes them more marketable.
  • Reviews - A way to share data about a talent’s performance, both from past Aquent placements as well as from former employers. Available in real time, this information helps our clients get a transparent look at candidates and allows our talent to find more work based upon their performance.
  • MyAquent - We’ve upgraded our client platform to support the full talent cycle. Key features now include access to ready-to-go pools of freelancers to help clients plan ahead, the ability to hire faster with full visibility to milestones of candidate searches, simplified ways to engage freelancers on assignment for online timecards and feedback, and the capability to review spend and use real data to budget and manage costs.

And many more improvements are still to come!
