It's all about organization and communication! With experience, I have learned that the key to success is in good organization and adequate communication. Being part of the Client and Talent support team has definitely shown me what teamwork is all about and how anything is possible with the right attitude. I am truly privileged to work with a group of individuals that share the same passion and drive as I do to go above and beyond in any task we take on.

I have developed the ability to research needs, develop strategies for meeting those needs and work with clients / vendors to provide cost-effective services. My success has been based on an exceptional ability to understand complex issues and relate this information to others with solutions. This has helped upper management understand technical requirements and how these requirements translate to business results.
